The weekend schedule
A two-day plan for the guide currently on the bench, hour block by hour block.
This is the paint-a-room weekend written out as a timetable. The hour blocks are honest rather than optimistic: the long gaps are drying time, and they are the reason the job needs two days rather than one long Saturday.
The row marked on the bench is the stage the lead guide is currently at. Everything above it is finished work and everything below it is still to come.

A different room changes the numbers but not the order. Clear, wash, fill, sand, mask, cut in, roll, wait, roll again, reinstate. Rooms with more woodwork add an evening; rooms with a ceiling in the job add most of a morning.
